I’m new to having a store and I just sold my White Boba Fett minifigure sw0275.
I listed the item as Used but in great condition. Now that it’s arrived, the
buyer is saying it’s not up to standard due to swing wear on the arms, yellowing
and some black marks. He’s asking what I should do to fix this but I’m not sure
what to do. Below are photos of the minigure. There was also some issues with
shipping so should I offer him a partial refund or something? Any insight would
be greatly appreciated.

It looks OK to me. If the buyer had wanted new, they should have bought new.
If the buyer is not happy with it, tell them they can return it for a refund.

That is very pricey minifigure. You should have listed any flaws in the description
field. Not saying what you sent was bad. It looks like a decent used torso to
me, but for that kind of money you really need to be specific. In saying that,
the buyer probably should have asked some questions before the purchase. I know
I would have.

I only see one photo of the minifigure.
The torso looks to me to be in good (but not great) used condition.
Sounds like the buyer bought used and expected new. The condition shown in the
picture is perfectly acceptable for used condition.

+1 if all my used was in that condition I’d jump for joy (although photos
can sometimes not capture damage properly but based on that 1 photo it looks
pretty good. It has a few marks and stuff but overall seems decent )

Here’s some other angles of the fig it if changes anything. He’s asking what
can I do?

Ask him to send it back for a full refund.

Came here to say the same thing. If they don't like it, they can send it
back and then refund. They pay return shipping. If they file a Paypal claim
they would be required to do the same.

Yes, buyer is probably just trying to get it cheaper. So give them the opportunity
of giving it up completely for a refund or keeping it at the price they agreed.
Looks like a very acceptable used item. Some people expect near perfection with
a used figure. You have to get pretty close to see the arm wear marks.

You would probably not have had any problems if you had not described it as "Great
Condition" That is a very subjective term, and a buyer may have expected
that "Great Condition" meant the minifig was pristine.
It would have been clearer, more accurate to describe the minifig more completely
i.e. "Some arm swing wear".
I agree with those who suggest you should offer a full refund. The buyer did
not get what he was expecting. (Yes, the expectations may have been somewhat
unrealistic, but that is what buyers do when they find a minifig they always
wanted for a good price: convince themselves it is going to be awesome, and have
buyer remorse later.)
Hi everyone thanks for all your help for the new guy trying to sort all this
out. I sent him a message saying if he’s unhappy with the minifigure he can get
a full refund. He came back and said that he only wants a partial refund, equivalent
to the price of a torso? How should I proceed? Again thanks for your help.

I would no accept. Torso is worth at least €50 in this condition. Have it shipped
back and give a full refund, this will cost you less. Relist but do not mention
'great condition'.
You should also make the buyer aware of this post and replies given by the various
members here.

Tell him to return the full minifigure, he is trying it on to lower the price
he already agreed to.
The downside is that he might damage it on purpose. Exactly the same thing happened
to me once, although on a much cheaper figure.

You could refund the amount of the torso, if he sends the torso back to you.
