| Within just the last month I have had two parcels miss sorted and sent in entirely
different directions / states. One from NC to NJ goes to Florida first, and
another from NC to CA goes to Guam, then Hawaii before being delivered to final
destination.
Has any other sellers had trouble this month? Is there something I'm doing
that is causing this? Anyone have a link that discuss or explain this issue?

gotta love Robots....
i had a parcel ping-pong between Denver & Memphis Robot Sorters for 2 months
before i had to get a human to go find it physically and send it on it's
way...

Yes, I do understand its a robot, conveyor belts, scanners, kickers (strikes
the package), ect. Others are having issue with being charged extra postage
after the fact because of this automation messing up. Just wondering if it might
be technology upgrades being made in my area or across the board. Maybe its
the type of poly mailer or packing method I'm using.

haven't been having those types of issues ( or haven't been made aware
of such issues from buyers)
but we try to avoid the robots as much as possible.. - hand writing out shipping
labels & using postage stamps.
if it is a universal problem within USPS, your incoming packages would be experiencing
the same issues..
not sure how you ship out , might be the type of labels you print off or the
type of shipping service you use to print your labels i.e. PayPal, Stamps.com,
etc.
try switching it up for a few orders to see if the problems persist..
