Hey everyone i have a problem, I sent an order, I have receipt from post office,
have photo of parcel itself.
And one guy wrote to me after 1,5 week after shipping and said that I didnt ship
items to him, and he want refund, I said that I cant refund money because I have
shipped everything. As I understood he just wants to scam me, after which he
completed NSS on me, and now I have NSS, when I always ship orders on the same
day, what should I do know? Will it affect my store, I mean people will not buy
from me due to this issue because they will think that I scam? What if he will
place a bad review? What should I do?

I dont know, I was at work, after that I went home and see email with NSS, and
I made an Appeal with all screenshots, now I just wait....

What means that NSS isnt completed yet? It means that for now it doesnt shows
for everyone, and he will not receive money back, cause I think that he already
got his package and just tries to scam me, maybe is there any possibility to
make a complaint on him as well for doing this?

yet.
we can not see any whan visiting your shop

when bricklink admin rules in your favor,the NSS or any negative feedback wil
be removed
so no worry.
Is there a trackcode on the shipment?...can you see where the package is?
sometimes there is a delay somewhere or it is stuck in customs .
afterwards you can block the buyer in your store...and give feedback yourself

I will block him for sure, no there is no tracking option, because when he ordered
he chose simple parcel, not trackable, so I have the parcel number, as well as
I have post office receipt, and bank receipt, as well as photo of package, because
I always do photos of a package like it was suggested at forum. It is very good
news that NSS and bad feedback will be removed. I hope so

removed but that doesn't prevent the buyer from leaving negative feedback

have me in your stop lists and the question is if I am in the stop list the can
the seller still see my feedback going up from other nicer sellers and who has
me stop listed would the sellers undo it one day

one NSS, buyers cannot see it.

based on one negative feedback. It may have a little bit negative impact but
I personally would also check who left you a negative and if that buyer has left
negative FB to others as well.
There are other ways to neutralize the impact of a negative feedback that I can
tell you later if you need it.

feedback

It’s possible that it’s still on its way.

I recently ordered from Germany, the 12th August, invoiced same day and paid
immediately, order marked as shipped 13th August and the package arrived 4th
September.

It’s the longest ever taken to arrive from Europe for me, ordering from North
America has been quicker.

Yeah I know, but why he decided to complete NSS already, and now I should worry
about it

Is it possible that you could have sent it to the wrong address? I wouldn't
be so quick to accuse the buyer of trying to scam you. Also, don't forget
to look at the buyers feedback and see if people have had issues with him before.

Have checked the adress on the post office receipt and his adress, everything
is good, so looks like I didnt mess up with anything, he had some issues before
with other sellers

did you have a trucking number with usps check it on usps if it’s green and I had the same problem with a seller he ship it from uk but because of Covid it arrived late in one month the seller ship my order in uk and it arrived late in USA
