Just wanted to give a shout out to the great help that I received from the Customer
Service Dept. and the Admin's.

I was really in a quandary about how to handle a problem Buyer and they really
stepped up to help me.

It's been a mixed bag over the last bunch of years, everyone has helped us
out when needed though! I don't spend a lot of time on the forum anymore
