For me, it depends what the items are and also how often you list. For minifigures,
minifigure parts and valuable or hard to find parts, I tend to notify after
finishing uploading but this would rarely be more than once a week. These are
likely to be on lists and drive orders.
If it is under 100 common parts, I wouldn't bother.
