You don’t have a payment method for international orders.
Although you say ship anywhere, there is no option to pay of shopping from other
countries.

Thank you, I tought it was automatic, that's a really good point. I think
I've made the proper change

Well, firstly, you have a problem with your settings: you say you ship in many
countries… but you only have a payment/shipping method for Canada.

Seems to be okay now. At least from the Terms page and there’s no warning for
taxes any more¹.
¹ As an onsite payment method is required for BL to collect some taxes, your
shop said I couldn’t buy below €150 (threshold for collection). For US buyers,
it would have that you didn’t ship to them at all.

Thank you, damn I understand €150 is a big minimum. This explains why the 3 orders
in june was from Canada, even tough I was shipping North America. C'est très
apprécié !

Many prefer to see clear costs in the terms. I tested it and could see that you
do have instant checkout setup which is great, but the price shows as $4.12 for
an under 100g package which is on the high end. Seeing the cost in the terms
+ any additional handling/other fees gives buyers more confidence
I'd also recommend lowering the minimum buy to $5.00 (or removing it, and
possibly charge a handling fee if under $X if preferred). $10 can on the high-end
when starting out until you've the chance to add more inventory. Many parts-only
orders are under $10, especially in Canada. You'll find that orders will
get larger in value overall as you add more variety/volume to the store.
I'd also be careful offering the local pickup as an instant checkout option.
It defaults to the cheapest option, and you'll constantly get people picking
this even when they needed it shipped. From my experience, I prefer keeping that
option as manual.

Oh wow those are good advices too. Thank you, you're right. I start working
on it right now !

Do you really want to accept all those currencies. It can get expensive to convert
them and it won't really attract customers. You probably want to accept Canadian
and US dollars to start. Maybe Euros and maybe GBP after that.

as a Canadian store, it may also help to put English terms first and then French
rather then the other way around as if a buyer is taking just a quick glance
and they only see French they may look elsewhere. also list, list, list. when
buying from a store I usually don't buy unless they have at least $20 or
so of items to make shipping worth it but when checking my 12 wanted lists to
see what you had available there were only 2 items so it wouldn't make sense
to place an order

Thanks looks like I had a feeling haha, I was redoing my terms and removed the
french part before reading your advice. I'll kept listing I have so many
things to post, my place is a mess right now.

I don't have a ton of experience with Marketplace, but I would suggest putting
somewhere what your flat rate shipping is. for instance, some sellers prompt
that you should ask them what there shipping rates are. this can become a hassle,
so maybe advertise that flat rate shipping the the US or Canada is $X under X
grams.

we don't have options like that for Canada much a parcel can cost between
$8-$25 to ship depending on location and anything over 2cm has to go parcel and
flat rate shipping boxes start at about $20 so its not really an option like
it is in USA (usually cheaper to send a parcel to USA then it is to Canada as
I just sent one Fully tracked for $5.70 CAD which if i had sent in Canada depending
on location could have been $8-$25)

Oh That stinks : (
Sorry I couldn't be more help.
Thank you for your insight, I'm trying something related to this, might lose
some on big orders but I'll never know if I don't try !

you might also want to add a non-flat rate parcel option in Canada as buyers
who live close to you likely would know a parcel would cost say $10 to ship and
might be turned away from the $20 flat-rate shipping. you'll have to manually
invoice each of those but its not to bad

Everyone is responding about shipping or terms, but the real reason is lack of
parts and prices that are too high for what you have. Add more parts or drop
your prices and you’ll get sales.
