only thing you know is that is a seller who bought 10 times in your store ! If
you know who is the buyer, you can still contact her/him. If not... complete
it if possible.

Ouch. That's a bit harsh.

It's also a bit harsh for us to have to endure spam messages from new accounts,
EVERY SINGLE NIGHT when it's something that a modern IT team could easily
take care of.

I really enjoy seeing non IT folks do IT estimation. Everything is easy when
you don't know what you're talking about.

I am glad the BL team did not do a knee jerk reactionary fix to the forum spam
issue and cause other unintended consequences. I am looking forward to see what
the plan is to stem the flow of spam in the forum.
