There are at least 3 versions of Book 3 of these instructions, so obviously LEGO
has been messing with (excuse me, updating) the build.

My original does not have the additional plates.

I have found 6 different versions of the third booklet, some may only have differences
in paper size.

The only changes are as follows:

- The bar (part 4083) underneath the scooter has been replaced with the two aforementioned
plates. This can be seen in step 858 on page 111.
- The trans-yellow jewel and trans-yellow head has been replaced with new designs
(different PCCs on page 165).

So I will accept these changes but mark them as redesign alternates.
