I've been selling for a short time, just cleared 20 orders, but seem to have
a disproportionate number of buyers for whom I have received delivery notifications
from the carrier, not bother to set orders to Complete. Not asking for feedback,
but please, at least stay engaged long enough to complete an order.
I'm wondering how other sellers deal with this lethargy.

Buyers are not required to do anything after they paid. Large amount of buyer
simply never leave feedback or mark orders as complete. There is nothing wrong
with it and can causes issues if your try to ask them to do something. Usually
about 30%-50% of buyers never leave feedback/mark an order as complete but it’s
nothing to worry about
