| My account was Suspensded with the reason... need additional information... I
created a help ticket multiple times and got no response. I believe it was because
while on vacation I had an EX employee or current employee not know or attentially
set all the prices of our inventory to 99 percent off with a min buy of 1 million.
when I got back from vacation my account was suspended. I did mark the store
closed for inventory and got rid of the min buy but I have no inventory to correct
the issue of pricing. I need this account reinstated... what do I do

Hopefully, they figure out the issues! Good luck!

| Yeah this is crazy. Of Course my current employees are saying they didn't
do it,... so I changed the password but who knows the problem is I had 1000 messages
in my account and now a account suspension with no idea how to fix the inventory
since they removed it and they aren't responding to fix it. I am very upset
for this was not intentional on my part.

Certain ex employees can be harsh. For instance, somehow the member TopBrickBrigade
disappeared, and the ex employees completely ruined the store nit just with the
orders, but with the way they responded to all their negative feedbacks. Take
a look: https://www.bricklink.com/feedback.asp?fdbType=2&u=ToyBrickBrigade
Hopefully this gets resolved!

Lately the average response time for the Help Desk is about 27h, as Sylvain commented
check the Help Desk site and wait for a reply to the open ticket.

Hi,
Use this website: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register
with the same info as on the main site)
You can follow your tickets there (and possible answers if you didn’t get the
e-mails), even if they were opened from the older forms.

| They could have done a bigger damage by doing less by just mass discounting the
thing as they did and... stop right here. Just watch it burn:
In a blitz you would have a hundred orders at total loss for you, since the prices.
when you realize, you would try to cancel everything, and face a hundred of potential
negative feedbacks. Store ruined for sure.
It didn't happen. Because of the "million" thing. They do know how
and where to put a critical number, just one, lazy as it sounds, but necessary
to avoid a worse outcome.
The 1.000.000 acted as safeguard.
imho employee revenge, but with care. You get the scare, but no loss.
