What would you have at the top of your list if you had one.
Doesn’t have to be major or daring, many I suspect would be very simple and person
specific.
Such a difficult question to answer at my age and since you put a couple caveats
on an answer. I am a couple of months away from being 76. A mediocre answer
would be to be 87 someday.
I have lived 6 years in Europe and have made 9 trips back since then. I would
like to go back one more time. I am in awe of London, Paris and Rome.
I guess even more of a bucket dream is to back to Washing DC now that I know
so much more about American history than the last time I was there. I would
like to take a tour of places in DC and all around that were important to Lincoln.
From DC and Ford's Theater to Gettysburg, to Appomattox, to Springfield
IL, and his birthplace in Kentucky. I also would like to look one more time
at the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and the 13th Amendment.
One last rambling item is that we have adopted out and rescued 58 cats. I would
love to get that to 100 before I die.

Oh, and I would like to know if there are aliens visiting earth and all their
answers to physics questions, right before they eat us for diner.

"To serve man. It's a cookbook!"
I would love to travel outside of the US more. I've only been to 4 countries;
Canada, S. Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand. I had so much fun on each of those
trips! It is definitely one of my bucket list items.
I think travel more is on many a list, you need to make it happen whilst you
can.

Would make me smile to hear other items from your list but this is a family site
and we have to stick to the rules, well most of the time.
Hope you succeed in your cat adoption and the aliens only have us on the menu.

That’s some trip, I haven’t even visited all the counties of the U.K.

My wife and I set a goal to go to all 50 states together. I had been to some
and she had been to some others. Last summer we had 25 left so we drove across
the country and back. Over 10,000 miles and six weeks. That is accomplished.

I recently spent a few days in France (Paris, Chartres, and in between). When
I visited Sainte Chapelle in Paris I determined that my wife and younger children
have to see this, so Paris, at least, is on the list. Hopefully we can see a
few more things that I wasn't able to. My younger daughter suggested visiting
the UK at the same time, so we might just do that.
Rome and Assisi are on the list.
My wife and I recently saw the Martin Sheen movie "The Way" and now she
would like to do the Camino de Santiago so I guess that's on the list too
I would love to adopt a child that needs a loving home. The ability to change
the life of another person, and any they may influence, would be incredible.
Sorry to hear that, there are still so many that need a loving home.
Thanks for sharing.
