This hadn't blipped my radar until this request, but several sets this year
and last year have chairs with no sprue mark.

The submitter of this request confirmed that the 4079 version was found in two
brand new sets that were parted out.
Since the 4079 version should be an alternate, this request cannot be accepted.
I have adjusted the inventory manually.
