| Hey,
Just had my first negative feedback, they weren't happy with a couple of
used stickered pieces that were slightly peeling off, I hadn't mentioned
the peeling as the pieces were still in good nick and the peeling minimal. Are
they just being picky or should I just accept the negative feedback as one of
those things? It's this kind of thing that stops me wanting to sell. Do I
responded with negative feedback explaining the situation or just let it go?

I understand, but these are USED parts after all, they should except near perfect
condition, I wouldn't have any thing to sell if I listed every minute detail
that was wrong with each piece, plus they didn't even message me to complain
or as for a refund, which I would of been happy to do.

Yes but peeling isn't something that many like and since used doesn't
mean damaged the seller should always say if there is noticeable damage (such
as peeling not necessarily any imperfection but at least noticeable stuff that
would not normally be expected similar to things like bitemarks and yellowing)
but ultimately the best solution would be to reach out to the customer and try
to work something out

| hi,
cant't please them all
but ..yes...it should have been in the discription,if there was none the buyer
expects good products and no flaws
I do not know how the communication went?..did you offer a solution?
normaly the buyer can send it back and get refunded...or send replacements that
are good [even if YOU have to buy them somewhere]
this feedback he/she gave suggests that no solution was offered by you.
giving a negative back is retaliation...and that is never a good idea
if the buyer is nice and pays quick..he/she deserves a positive
no matter the feedback you received
if the negative is unreasonable and you offered solution and did your best, you
can leave a 'reply'on the negative with a sort of explanation or appology

Giving a refund for the parts wasn't an option?

You can respond to the negative feedback but I'd strongly advise against
leaving negative feedback of your own. Looks petty.

You could privately message them on BL and see if you can resolve the issue for
them - ie refund. Maybe they would be amenable to changing the feedback. Or you
can respond to the negative and mention you would have refunded if given the
chance . It's always best to try to work with the buyer. And any defects
to stickers should be noted. Personally, I remove most stickers because they
are either crooked or peeling or have spots.

They never tried to contact me.

| Have to agree with others, peeling stickers, bite marks and other obvious damage
should be mentioned.
I throw a lot of bricks away that have heavy scratches, so many surface scratches
that alter the appearance, gauges, bite marks.
Only if they are rarer do I list any and at a very reduced price.

| I think the best thing for us anyways is to give quality product even in used
maybe list that type at a much lower price with notes or not at all
