We opened our store a little over a week ago, we have one sale but they didn't
leave feedback yet =\. We're adding more inventory every day.
We would appreciate if you can take a look and let us know your thoughts. Obviously
nothing fancy, but if see anything that is off-putting or could use improvement,
we'd like to know.
Welcome to bricklink!
you may want to update this
"We will allow the following colors to have heavier wear in our inventory:
Red, Dark Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Light Gray, Light Bluish Gray, Brown, Dark
Brown, and Reddish Brown." and instead put comments on the individual items
as needed depending on their condition as many people don't read terms and
would still be disappointed if they received damaged parts without it being in
the items description
Best of luck on your bricklink selling journey!
I do have a few items already noted as heavy playwear, but they are onesie-twosie.
We did an inventory audit a couple weeks before we opened and my standards
now are much more harsh then when we started work a few months ago before opening.
A lot of parts went to the "No Sale" bucket. On our next audit I plan
to pull a lot of the ones that I let slide before, which are the ones that have
a little buff to them. I can't stand dings on faces or edges, so most of
those get cut right away.

Sounds like a plan! I to cant stand much damage and end up writing comments for
pretty much everything used it seems

Get used to that, I am at about 55% feedback/orders

You can get commercial pricing for shipping and there for ship up to 15.999 ounces
at places like Pirateship.com and whatever PayPal is using now-a-days. I recommend
pirateship as their service is excellent and reports are phenomenal.
Thanks for looking!

You're welcome and good luck with your Bricklink business.
I had done a lot of research on the difference between retail and commercial
USPS pricing and then struggled on my first sale. In click n ship, I couldn't
see how to do the commercial pricing, so I ate the difference which in that case
was small.
I was on the fence of going PP or Pship, but I keep seeing good things about
Pship and will probably go that way soon.

Pirate ship is super easy and they recently integrated with Paypal so you can
import the shipping information right into the system and don't have to manually
copy it over. There customer service is top notch as well. I had an issue with
USPS charging me for additional shipping on an order one time, I called Pirate
Shipping support, answered a few questions and they immediately credited my account
back and fought it with USPS.

Commercial pricing is not available for First Class mail on USPS.com. You have
to use another online vendor to get those prices.
Thanks Jen! I think I spent a half an hour trying to determine if it could be
done. I have a personal USPS account, then I think I registered for some business
thing. Every time I went through the business side, I could not figure out if
there was a trick or not. And I'm usually the expert at figuring out the
little tricks on web sites.
