Buying Privileges - OKSelling Privileges - OK
Store: Husker Minifigures + more
Had a buyer that had Paypal issues using the "pay" button, and was able
to pay me through paypal, but not through BL. It seems to me in the past, I,
as the seller, could still mark the order as paid to show that I had been paid
via other means than the internal system. That appears to no longer be the case,
nor can I mark my order as shipped. Any advice here?

Refund and have the buyer use the Pay button…
or cancel.

No other possibility for BL to collect sales tax.

Also is this happens again tell the buyer to try in a few hours or the next day,
it could happens and most times in my experience they are able to pay fine later.
