They will however be your items with the highest profit margins, which help make
your business profitable. And even then, you need to be diligent about what
sets to buy if you're parting out new sets.
Star Wars, Harry Potter, Ninjago and (SOME) Marvel minifigs can fetch up to the
mid-$30's in sets that are still actively being sold on LEGO. Look for those
and then look at the other minifigures in the set and make sure they are only
offered in ONE set. When they start being offered in 2-3 sets the price drops
off exponentially.
April has turned out to be my best month on record in terms of items sold and
revenue but I've only sold four minifigures.
I typically get minifigure sales in an order or part sales. I don't have
many orders where there is a big mix. If there is a mix, it is usually minifigure
related parts.
I think yes. You don't have much in the way of vintage parts. Modern parts
do sell on their own (without minifigures), but not for much profit and tend
to be low values. So without minifigures (or other higher cost items/parts),
low value parts orders can take a long time to pack with little profit. Whether
that is a success really depends on you and what you want out of the store.
So what grabs the buyers attention? Parts, sets, or minifigs?
Selection. The more selection the more buyers are drawn in. If you cant get selection
then low prices. Those are the 2 main things that will get you buyers
So what grabs the buyers attention? Parts, sets, or minifigs?
Every buyer is different. Some come here looking for parts to build a MOC. Others
come here looking for minifigs, or retired sets. Some come here looking for current
sets at below retail price.
I mostly use BrickLink to buy parts to build MOCs. I make a wanted list with
the parts I need and use the auto-select algorithm to choose stores for me. The
stores that show up most often in the algorithm results are those with the most
variety.

And don't forget to go to your store Management affiliations and make
sure you have all the boxes checked. I've had a lot of orders come through
rebrickable.
