I have a 4070a in Dark Blue. First the 4070a is marked for deletion and 2nd there
is no Dark Blue in the known list.
So how do I list this item? Is it important enough to list under 4070 and state
it has a slot?

As the note on the page says, the presence or absence of the slot is inconsequential,
and it's believed that this may be a minor manufacturing variation/defect
over various time periods rather than an actual deliberate mold difference. Hence
why it's marked for deletion. So list it under 4070, and no need for a comment.
that entry is marked for deletion since that mold variant no longer has a separate
entry. you can describe which version you have if you want but it gets listed
under the new entry
