It would make sense to have the assembly as a counterpart, something like 2800c01pb01.
Do you have a picture?

Combinations like that are a bit tricky because they could lead to many new and
almost duplicate entries. I can understand that sellers want to sell the two
together but that can lead to large numbers of combinations of how a head and
jaw could be sold. Obviously the parts could be sold individually, or as the
compete animal, or as the pair, or as some other combination(s) depending on
if other parts are used in the assembly.

I think the catalogue has it right at the moment: only individually or the
complete animal. Smaug's lower jaw, for example, can be sold as either the
individual part or the entire animal. There is no in-between catalogue entry.

Part No: 18153pb01 Name: Dragon Head (LotR) Jaw Upper with Spikes with Tan Teeth and Orange Eyes Pattern
*
18153pb01 Dragon Head (LotR) Jaw Upper with Spikes with Tan Teeth and Orange Eyes Pattern
Parts: Animal, Body Part, Decorated

In that case, the other alternative combined parts could be the upper head and
lower jaw, or the upper head, lower jaw and the flame. If there were further
parts, there could be a large number of combinations that would be necessary.

There could also be entries for both wings together, the complete tail, the neck
and head, etc. After a while there becomes a huge number of combinations, duplicating
parts through many catalogue entries.

If you want to sell as the pair instead, there is the option to superlot it although
obviously they get less prominence due to sellers abusing the pricing of them.

In general I agree but if the parts are difficult to take apart then it should
be an assembly. If they're easy to take apart then yes, either individual
part(s) or the whole animal.

These won't be difficult to take apart though, will they? They look very
similar to just about every dragon and dinosaur head out there. If these got
another entry as the pair, then all the other dino and dragon heads should get
done too.

It's just so nice when conversations about parts include the actual parts.
