It takes its name from the Ontario Model Colony development established in 1882
by the Canadian engineer George Chaffey and his brothers William Chaffey and
Charles Chaffey. They named the settlement after their home province of Ontario.

Source: Wikipedia, and I was Born in Upland (just North, AKA old N. Ontario)
grew up there. Family had citrus orchards all the way back to the Chaffey Bros.
My father attended Chaffey high school. Lots of good memories down there.

Walked into a shop selling bags of Lego only to be in time to hear a shopkeeper
tell someone she had just found a fake Lego brick with Lego on the studs.

She said it was an odd colour and fake Logo as it didn’t look like the modern
pieces.

Got involved in the conversation and she handed me the brick, you can guess what
I found.

A faded yellow 1950’s warped CA brick, had to explain what it was, still amazed
at how many people still see fake Lego everywhere when it isn’t.
