for in the quantities I want is a tedious task.

you may be looking for wanted lists. you can add items to your wanted list then
click buy all and see what sellers have the most

It already exists - wanted list.
However, you might find you end up paying more from one seller than spreading
it across multiple. It depends on the type / cost of parts you are buying.
