| Just venting a minute.. but...
Feedback is both great and annoying. It's a blackmail tool as well as good
indicator on the individual. That being said...
It's very annoying that a neutral goes against your positive. ALSO that new
buyers don't understand feedback yet.
I had a customer order like 3 maybe 4 hundred something bricks, never got a private
message from him. He leaves a neutral feedback saying 3 bricks were fake.. COME
TO ME BRO! I would be happy to remedy that for sure.. but now it's going
against my positive feedback!

| Hi,
Sorry to hear that. New buyers have sometimes difficulties to complete the order
or/and leave a feedback. Sure they don’t understand why it could be interesting
for them to have a good feedback too.
But it seems that your buyer have understood how it works. You can still remove
yours and and change it to a new neutral one. No, i’m not resentful...
I think your feedback is enough reliable to know that you’re a serious seller
here, don’t worry I had a neutral because I left a neutral too for a seller
who sold me a New minifigure that was extraordinary used !!
Sincerely,
Nicolas

| I do not leave feedback until an order is marked complete or I receive feedback.
I do not understand sellers who leave positive feedback as soon as an order is
paid and shipped. It seems logical to wait until it is known that the package
was received and the buyer is satisfied.

+1 I can kinda understand them saying they want to start giving the buyer a good
impression but I still agree with leaving it once it’s marked as complete or
they leave feedback so I know that everything went well for them and I’m not
stuck with having left positive if they leave unreasonable neutral or negative

As a seller, I leave feedback during the next full moon. If the next full moon
falls on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, I leave positive feedback. If it falls
on a Thursday or Friday, I leave neutral feedback. If it falls on a Saturday
or Sunday, I leave negative feedback.
As a buyer, I leave feedback right before the seller does.
I think everyone should do the same as me because this is clearly the most fair
and impartial use of the feedback system.

I do not understand those that do not leave feedback when paid. That is the
only responsibly of the buyer. I do not leave feedback unless the seller does
first. Has worked for me with no negatives as a seller (only one negative from
a seller from France that was retaliatory.)
It is not logical to wait. If the buyer has paid, their commitment is fulfilled.
If there is a problem with the order it is 99.9% the sellers fault. The buyer
has still paid and there is nothing more the seller should leave feedback, not
hold it to find that the buyer is "satisfied." Being satisfied is not
in the equation for leaving feedback by the seller. If a seller screws up then
they do not deserve a good feedback, the buyer still has done what they are required
to do.
And part of the argument that no one comments on when I leave my opinion on this
subject is that a seller can remove the feedback if there is a problem (that
is the buyer's fault.) Another point, as a buyer I felt a little relief
when a seller left feedback that the transaction was going well and would be
completed. It is like a thank you form the seller.
If you have faith in your selling abilities and your attention to detail and
your description and your shipping promptness WHY not leave feedback? It is
like saying to a buyer "I am not sure that I did well so I will leave feedback
for you once you do not raise any issues about what I may have done wrong".)
Sellers that do not leave feedback when paid appear to be unsure of their selling
abilities, plain and simple. What other reason can their be that they do not.
When I shipped I knew I was shipping next day, my pictures and descriptions
were accurate and I packaged the order well and was complete. I am sorry for
any buyer that does not have a seller that is like that. I am sorry for a seller
that is not confident about their abilities.

(Devil’s advocate You only have 30 days to delete your feedback. If the shipping
takes a few weeks, the month will be over and you won’t be able to change your
opinion on the transaction if the buyer gives an (objectively, of course) undeserved
negative when they get the package.

That means you can't post a Feedback until 6 months are elapsed, which also

| I don't know whether those parts were actually fake or not — but I think
sellers in general need to understand that sometimes the first package can make
or break an order, regardless of how well it's made up for after the fact.
If I need a part urgently, it's very kind of the seller to reship, but then
I'm waiting twice as long for something that should have been in the original
package. If the seller refunds for the part, then I may have to buy from another
seller, AND pay another $4 or more for shipping costs. Some bad experiences are
not fixable or even anyone's fault, and that's okay. Just keep doing
your best and don't worry too much about your feedback.

It's understandably frustrating that the Neutral counts against your total
percentage. We all feel that. However, I think it's reasonable for a buyer
to expect not to get any clone bricks in their order. You don't seem shocked
at this assertion, so I might guess that you think it could possibly have happened?
I would take it as a lesson learned that you need to check over your stock VERY
carefully if you aren't sure of clones.
Otherwise, your response is calm and professional which is good. I think a seller's
response to feedback like that is the best indicator of their customer service.
One more thing: I would suggest including a small card or note with each order
encouraging a buyer to contact you if anything is amiss. It might help a newer
buyer find a solution with you before leaving feedback.

| When I check a sellers feedback I am usually looking for multiple negs/neut one
after another, this is a larger red flag. A neg or neutral here or there will
not prevent me from making a purchase.
Everyone has a bad day, a missing piece in inventory or a missed dirty piece,
the odd mistake isn't held against you in my particular case.

I guess that I am the anomaly on this issue. I do not see a problem with it.
Trying to pretend to be perfect is just too stressful for me. 99% and above
is generally fine and relatively easy to maintain. In Krysten's case, I
suspect things will begin to balance out closer to 700-1,000 FB and then it won't
matter anymore. It's the learning curve to selling that can be difficult,
especially with used product and meeting buyer expectations.
