Hello! I'm ready to buy a thermal printer to print my USPS labels. I'm
just looking for recommendations not based on price as much as quality of print,
ease of use and compatibility with ShipStation/PayPal.

Pretty much any label printer will do. Personally, I use a Dymo LabelWriter 4XL
and have been very happy with it. The print quality is good and it is fully compatible
with most shipping software including PayPal and ShipStation.

Mhm when I buy a new printer I’ll probably go for a zebra then since sometimes
with my labels the small text can be difficult to read but since they all arrive
I’m still using it but yah sounds like a plan

It is! Always turned on, has a roll up to 500 * 4"x6" (you almost never
change the roll), starts to print instantly and maybe 1 second for a label, it's
nice

I cant remember if my rolls are 250 or 500 but I have to change them out at least
once a month

Don’t they require brand name labels that cost way more or is their a workaround
similar to ink
I used generic Dymo 4xl labels purchased off of Amazon for many years - they
are a fraction of the cost of "genuine" Dymo labels.
That being said, I transitioned to Zebra ZD420 printers...bluetooth, print over
LAN, WiFi...plus they are bulletproof (but expensive).
If you want a cheap 4x6 printer, Rollo is popular but there are many clones that
are exactly the same and 30% less expensive.
The collegepicker on YouTube has reviews of a few.

Watched a few videos! I can see that the Zebra is a clear winner overall based
on reviews, BUT overall I think some of the things the youtuber said really made
sense for my selling level. I LOVE how he actually mentioned the 'print
and tape method' which is what I'm currently using and as much as I love
to get a top of the line product I think I'm leaning towards the iDPRT (currently
139.99 less a $30 coupon) or the beeprt which is the one he uses in the video.
Both were on my radar from reviews I have read and will do the trick for me.
Thank you for your input!

I am still using ancient Zebra 2844. Got it over 15 years ago and aside from
driver issue when I switched from Windows XP to 7 and from a broken USB port
last year it has performed well.
It's built like a tank and doesn't use DRM like some of the newer label
printer might have.
