When I first started as a seller, i had a buyer from Germany saying they NEED
pictures of a sealed set with a paper beside it with some weird number on it.
I laughed at them and replied that if I wanted to ship to Germany then I would
have made it that way. I didn’t even mention that I knew they were just going
to pretend to have the exact set on hand for THEIR store! 😂

I have done this Sandwich between two pieces of paperboard, slap a Global
Forever stamp on it, maybe add the nonmachinable surcharge for good measure,
and it's good to go. No issues yet.

means “off site.” They can’t be told it’s correct.
I’m also thinking the first “with” should be a “without”: hey can’t pay on PP

I guess it would depend on which foot I woke up
But:
— maybe they only had IC stores,
— maybe the problem is that they indeed can’t checkout: there may be a technical
problem (I think you don’t have IC, so it wouldn’t be the usual “no-weight item”
but, well BL…).
