Hi,

I have noticed that I need around one hour for 1000 parts taken from the same
sets.
This includes storing them into the corresponding bins, too.

How long do you need?

Mauro

If I can be left alone, and depending of how many different parts.. anywhere
from 30 minutes to an hour. Also, when I first started it actually took me less
time because I had less sub categories to divide the pieces into. Now, it takes
longer but I'm WAAAY more organized.

That seems to be about the same as over here. Not to long ago (with help probably
saved about 5ish hours) I parted out like 37ish sets that contained about 20k
bricks and it took a large part of 2 days and I’m at work for about 10 hours
a day

It depends.

Sets like:

Set No: 71741 Name: NINJAGO City Gardens
*
71741-1 (Inv) NINJAGO City Gardens
5574 Parts, 22 Minifigures, 1 Gear, 2021
Sets: NINJAGO: Legacy

Took me days because they have both an insane number of lots and an insane number
of pieces. I did two at the same time and it was one of the most brutal part
outs I've ever done.

On the other hand sets like:

Set No: 31201 Name: Harry Potter
*
31201-1 (Inv) Harry Potter
4249 Parts, 2021
Sets: Art: Harry Potter

I did 5 of those in 20 minutes.

Those are on both ends of the spectrum obviously.

Usually I can do about 1000 parts per hour but if I do multiple sets I can do
closer to 1200 per hour alone and 1800 with one kid helping and 2200 with both
kids helping.
