My first thought was, maybe it didn't exist at all.
But you submitted the current images of both torso and minifigure with the red
belt.
For the colors look the same as the old image of the torso you want to change.
I apologize. I didn't notice that those parts were misnamed. I just looked
at the pictures and mine were neon orange just like the pictures. No, those
names need to be changed. I have already had one of those torsos for months
and shot a new picture of it. It is Neon Orange and the ones I got in the set
are too.

I agree that there is some risk.
In this specific case, I briefly leant stronger credence to an error with a clearer
picture. The error was there when I walked up though. And my image led to someone
questioning me whether the red torso really existed, which led to me buying the
set and hopefully correcting the error once and for all. I've done all the
work I could to fix my error and the one that led to it.

I asked the sellers of all red minifigs and torsos. Most didn't answer,
but those that did consistently said theirs was neon orange. I don't believe
it really existed at all.

I photoshopped it. I believed what the catalog already said and didn't think
buying the red torso to take a picture of one minifig was worth my time. I would
have wound up buying a lot of them because the sellers of that piece consistently
tell me now that their piece isn't red. I probably would have done it several
times before realizing that it wasn't just sellers not paying attention.
