Remove this part because even though it looks like round top, official instructions for set show round top.

The flat top variant 3957b was added based on original set contents:

Instructions don't always show correct variants in their drawings, so we
don't use instructions as evidence and prefer original sets that were bought
sealed. Based on that we can't approve this request.
