Are the lines on both Dark Brown?
It looks to me like the black and dark brown printing just didn't get aligned
the same, but I will check my new Groot. If it seems like ALL the new ones have
a different alignment that would mean something, but I suspect one of yours is
just misprinted.

Yes, the lines are all the same color, my image has just been edited too much.

I'd also say it looks like an alignment issue. The large / small gap between
the chin dimple and mouth makes it look different, but then the locations of
the eyebrows and eyes are offset by about the same amount suggesting it is the
same print on each just not quite the same alignment. So probably random errors
rather than systematic.
