Every seller gets a minifig with the corresponding brick on the torso for reaching
the next "rating level", as a BL/Lego award (yellow, blue, red, etc.....).
This would be a nice gesture from Lego for sellers, hoe keep this webside alive.

What makes you think the website is not alive, and how much more in fees would
you be willing to pay to get the figures?
Costs concerns from both sides might be: from the site; overhead, and from the
membership; fear of higher fees. Either can be addressed by simply offering the
celebrated member their promo at the minimal cost? Just spitballing here.
A downloadable, printable certificate with your feedback score on it. With a
picture of a plain minifigure on it, so you can colour it in however you like.
A bargain at $10 (plus tax) for processing it.

Personalized with your membership profile info, certified by BL and/or TLG, and
of framable quality? Sure, I like it!
Something like the Youtube Creator Awards, but in a minifig format.
Would be nice.
But at this point I would settle for a reply from the helpdesk about an open
NSS Alert that's been pending for a couple of weeks now

Or LEGO could send you a 1x1 brick in your color………..

VIP points might be a simpler solution as at least then people can put those
points towards something they truly want although I don’t think reaching a milestone
should be a good enough reason to merit earning points.
Only rewards sellers who meet certain criteria in relation to their selling practices
similar to how ebay applies a discount to seller fees for those that meet the
‘Top Rated Seller’ requirements as that way Lego/bricklink can shape the reliability
and performance of their sellers rather than allowing sellers to run wild with
outlandish hidden fees, terms and poor conduct!
Some sellers will already be forthcoming when it comes to acting appropriately
whilst others need a form of encouragement!
The first minifig you get is the positiv rating score 2500, with the corresponding
colored brick on the torso. Next one is 5000 and so on.
So only members with bigger "engagement" in BL get a little award for the "reliable
positiv work" (positive ratings of other members!) they also do for Lego and
BL.
Beside that, this would be a nice motivation for many members, to be nice to
each other...maybe people would order more, to get ratings. Besides that it would
be nmarketing.
Sure you would have to look for fake ratings, but the costs for the minifig would
not be high. I would take the shipping costs, if I would get one.

I imagine this would end up costing sellers more time and/or money. If you get
rewarded for feedback numbers then it doesn't encourage buying more, it encourages
placing more orders. So instead of a $50 parts order, someone places ten $5 orders
with the same seller then asks to consolidate them into one package. And if users
don't leave feedback, then they will get negative feedback, stop listed or
least favourite.
You might also get some sellers having a low maximum order value or lot numbers
to artificially increase order numbers. And lots of fake penny value orders,
again inflating feedback numbers.
This all damages the feedback system more than it already is.
If they really want to reward buyers and sellers for volume, it should be based
on sales price volume, not order numbers.
