Hello. I have just made up this set from an original instruction booklet. I believe that these four entries in the list of regular items, are actually duplicates of the items that are needed to complete the minifigures. They do not appear twice in the instructions. The entire spruce which the plumes are on are included in the set but since it
has to have one taken off for the minifigure the rest of the plumes are just
counted as normal inventory parts.
