In this set 4184 are one plastic flag for the ship & one plastic flag in the "Extra items" content and not two.
Total in this set including "Extra items" are 2 flags.

What is your source of this request?

The 2 extra flags were added Oct. 28, 2011 and the inventory was confirmed 3
days later with sealed set as source.

Besides that, we can't accept the request as it is, for you want to delete
both extra parts, although you says there is 1 extra.
