| I bought a bulk lego lot which contained four sealed bags.
After a small search it turns out these are part of the set 2506
The wheel and tires where not in a sealed bag., but mixed between the bulk lego.
Does someone know if these parts where originally shipped in a sealed bag or
loose in the box? I downloaded the building instructions, and it does not mention
a 5th bag.
If shipped loose, can I still list this set as new/sealed, even if the wheels
and tires where mixed in between the bulk lot and the box/instructions are not
present? There is no visible damage/scratching on the wheels.
I will need to clarify in the description of the set that box/instructions are
not present and the wheel/tires are unused, but not 'mint' because of
being mixed in the bulk lego lot.

| No, if it was mixed in with used it cannot be listed as new even if it was shipped
that way from the factory. A part can only be considered new if it's still
in/taken from its original sealed packaging. The best way to proceed would be
to list it as incomplete used and describe that some bags are sealed that the
tires are loose and there isn't any box or instruction

You can search youtube for 'LEGO 2506 unboxing' to find videos of people
opening this set. It looks like the wheels and tires were indeed loose.
However, I would not list the set as New because you have no way of knowing if
the parts were ever used or not. The right thing is to list it as Used with a
note about its provenance to encourage buyers that your set is in fine condition.

| Unless the wheels came mint from the box theres no guarantee that you can sell
them as part of the set. Make sure that if your selling it to mention that fact
and say "request images".

| Thanks for the feedback.
I decided to buy new wheels, tires and instructions on BL.
The set will be listed as 'new-incomplete' because the box is missing.
