The video was uploaded in 2021 - more than ten years after the set was released,
and it doesn't show the instructions or the box or give and kind of evidence
that the shown parts are original from the set. It is possible they were picked
from a used lot of parts that contained parts from many different sets. Since
this set was released right at the time when 4599b was introduced, we need solid
proof that it also came with 4599a. Therefore this request cannot be accepted
at this time.
