So, I am working on the inventory for:

Set No: 80032 Name: Chang’e Moon Cake Factory
*
80032-1 (Inv) Chang’e Moon Cake Factory
595 Parts, 3 Minifigures, 2022
Sets: Monkie Kid
and just pulled this mess out of the box. Half the sticker sheet is attached
to the instruction booklet, backing and all.

I wish LEGO would find a way to protect the sticker sheets. I know they will
send me new stuff when I ask, but...

Anyway, an image of this sticker sheet is needed before it can be added to the
catalog. Can someone please add one if they have it?

Part No: 80032stk01 Name: Sticker Sheet for Set 80032 - (88403/6377076)
*
80032stk01 Sticker Sheet for Set 80032 - (88403/6377076)
Parts: Sticker Sheet

Or, if that is not your cup of tea, you can send the image directly to me and
I will edit and upload it.

Help will be much appreciated!
Jen

Given the unfortunate circumstances if it means getting an inventory complete
and approved I think we can make an exception

I agree, they really do need to find a better way to ship stickers. It works
great in the bigger sets when they have thick instructions as they are properly
packaged, but with my new Sheriff Safe set, the stickers were mixed in the middle
of all the bags. I had to press it for a few days just to make sure the were
properly flat. I would have been pissed if they were ruined like yours as I
don't know if they would have extras to ship out for the designer sets.

You say that but one of my Sanctum Sanctorum Showdown stickers were crimped in
the end of the instructions bag, best part was the Lego customer service never
even responded to my issue.

Hmmm... I went through the online parts replacement portal and asked for a new
sticker sheet and instruction booklet. I will report back here if I hear back
from them or receive the items.

If you don't - I failed to get a replacement that way for the same sticker
problem in the Ducati - then the automated chatbot will do it for you, damaged
sticker replacements is one of the things it's coded to do.

One thing that surprised me is that Lego will no longer sell replacement sheets
for user error with stickers. I've just been chatting with a support agent
about that - they were happy to send a free replacement in exchange for a photo
of the one I messed up, but I'd have felt more comfortable paying for it.
I definitely appreciate the quality of their support though!

One time I shipped a sealed (never opened) set to a buyer. Buyer complained that
there was no sticker sheet at all! Not sure what happened there.

Update:

My new sticker sheet arrived today. I guess the confusing how-to-order-a-replacement
sticker sheet process worked. I have not received the instruction booklet or
a shipping notice for it, however.

I guess 7 days is pretty good customer service, especially considering the package
came from overseas!
