To add a stickered part to an inventory, the actual stickered part first needs
to be added to the catalog.
That will only happen if;
a) somebody has one in hand and
b) is willing to photo it and add it to the catalog.
Only after that has been completed and approved, can it then be added to the
set's inventory.

As it's a 10 year old set, I'd imagine getting those stickered parts
will be pretty difficult, but you could always get a sticker sheet...

As has been pointed out already, the stickered parts must first be added to the
catalog with a photo. The request to add the plain part instead of the stickered
part cannot be accepted.
