This item (Qty 2) should be added as a counterpart to 41678. The instructions show 69819 and also the part list on Lego.com in the missing parts service show 69819 as the part to use. I have this set and got 2 x 41678, but requested 2 x 69819 from Lego and got these sent as parts of set 42129.

Set inventories on BrickLink are based on what actually came in a set. As you
said, this set still has the older variant 41678, so we have to wait until the
new variant shows up. This will probably be the case in a couple weeks, but at
this time, the request cannot be accepted.
