? They are not that easy to take apart once assembled so I believe many sellers
would like to sell the assembly (including me).

Since they have no inventories, I guess they factory assembled and glued? I believe
a note should be added to them and some relationship to my newly created parts
should be made. Otherwise they will be hard to differentiate to my newly created
parts (other than their small part number molded on them).
