It is great that we now have the ability to refund directly from within the site.
Now we need to be able to see how much we refunded on each sale at the end of
the month.

We need either a new column added to the current download or the ability to download
a separate report with all of the refund issued in a month.

I think adding an extra column to the download won't work, for a refund is
almost never given on the same day.
