These are lego 1x4 tiles I found in my collection, and I am struggling to find
the name of the colour for the piece in the centre. For reference I put next
to it a regular blue plate (TOP) an older yellowed blue plate (RIGHT and 2nd
from top on second pic), a dark green (LEFT) and a dark blue (BOTTOM). This piece
doesn't look old and I have a few more exactly like this. I can't remember
when or where I got these pieces..

Brittle Blue or yellowed blue.
Thanks! I don't see that listed as a selection for colours when ordering parts.. Is it a rare colour?

It's not that it's rare, it's that it's not an official color.
I think there is a market for brittle blue pieces but yellowed blue parts are
just blue parts that have yellowed over time.

If anyone has a dark and distinguished brittle blue 3001, I'd be interested
in buying it.
Just a worst offender, though. I can live without a brick that doesn't look
all that different from blue (I've seen some examples that are pretty unimpressive).

Send me a message, I'm certain we can find some good examples for you
