Could we have USPS zones for US shipping? This would make shipping more precise.

Everyone wants this. Seller tools for the site have been sliding to the bottom
of the to do list for years. Don't get your hopes up, they have more important
things to do.

Most countries have postal codes, so a zip range table setting for shipping would
work for most.

For the USA, that would not work. USPS zones are based on distances, between
shipper and destinations.
