The partslist of this set shows PCC 4570663 for 3626cpb0331.
The Inventory was submitted based on sealed set contents and the same contributor
added the Minifigure to the catalog and submitted the Minifigure inventory. So
there's no reason to believe that the inventory is wrong. Therefor this request
can't be approved.
If there's evidence the set also came with 3626cpb120 a new Minifigure should
be added to the catalog.
