I would like to see a new Macrotag and a new Conditional Block Macrotag, to create
correct Invoices for USA orders with 'US Sales Tax'

Conditional Block Macro Tag: Country = USA

So an Invoice will not show 'US Sales Tax' on the Invoice if Buyer lives
outside the USA.

Basic Macro Tag: Final Total

So an Invoice can show:
Grand Total: € 106.35 (US Sales Tax € 6.35 over € 100.00)

Hi Diana,

Using the Block Macro Tag works too. I've tested it,
live in Holland myself, and US sales tax shows on US invoices but not on e.g.
UK invoices.

Macro tag for Final Total would be highly appreciated.
