I can work to add the parts in common to the Hoth UCS set, but does the Hoth
set number need to be added to the part description first? Or can these even
be shared across these sets? Maybe only use the photos for the Hoth set? I also
have 4 additional sticker parts that are only for the Hoth set and I can add
those too.
I'm willing to do the work tonight if you can give me some direction on how
to start.

Stickered parts can be included in multiple set inventories if the stickers from
these sets (and the parts they are applied to) are 100% identical.
Example:

In such a case, the part description does not include any set number.

I would first submit catalog change requests to remove the set number from the
part name (leave a note to the catalog admins/associates why you submit the requests)
and then submit inventory change requests to add the parts as counterparts to
the other sets in which they appear.
