I went through the instructions page by page for the main model and the alternate
model and I can conclude that changes are indeed needed.

First, with respect to
 
Part No: 3004 Name: Brick 1 x 2
* 		3004 Brick 1 x 2
Parts: Brick {Red}
4x are needed for the main model and 3x for the alternate model. Therefore, a
max of 4x as you state. This request will be accepted.

Second, with respect to
 
Part No: 3622 Name: Brick 1 x 3
* 		3622 Brick 1 x 3
Parts: Brick {Red}
8x are needed for the main model and 3x for the alternate model. Therefore, a
max of 8x as you state. This request will be accepted.

Last, with respect to
 
Part No: 3460 Name: Plate 1 x 8
* 		3460 Plate 1 x 8
Parts: Plate {White}
3x are needed for the main model and 3x for the alternate model. Therefore, a
max of 3x as you state. This request will be accepted.

The only other change in the inventory that I found needing to be made is with
respect to
 
Part No: 3794a Name: Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with 1 Stud without Groove (Jumper)
* 		3794a Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with 1 Stud without Groove (Jumper)
Parts: Plate, Modified {Red}
2x are needed for the main model and 7x for the alternate model. Therefore, a
max of 7x instead of 6x as the inventory currently shows. This quantity will
be adjusted manually.
