We need to hold up on these changes for a moment. I have some observations.
Admin inventoried this set based on Set Box/Picture. The set box and picture
both show the larger tiles. Why are we adding the large tiles as alternates
instead of regular? Is there any evidence this set ever actually came with the
tiles now shown as regular?
Also, that's a large number of match IDs. If there really were two different
sets, then we should probably just make a new set entry.

When I was looking through all of this, I was coming up with the same conclusions
that you were (e.g. wondering why the short tiles were even in the set inventory).
