* Add 2 Part 2493c02 White Window 1 x 4 x 5 with Trans-Light Blue Glass (Counterpart)
In reference to all of your requests to add these window assemblies as counterparts:
we have recently been discussing these types of assemblies and how best to handle
them in inventories.
For now I'll leave the requests open, but they may be rejected as some point
(or approved - who knows?). The issue of part assembly counterparts in set inventories
has been unresolved for over a decade, but hopefully we'll have an answer
for you soon.

Thank you for your response!
I've just added the part assembly as counterparts for this set, because the
decorated window (2493c02pb01) is also added.
LEGO parts can be assembled in a myriad of ways and there are many parts which
naturally fit together. At some point a line must be drawn on what is included
in the catalog and in inventories. For these windows it appears that the line
was drawn after those six were added, but no one bothered to go back and remove
them.
There are other part assemblies in the catalog which don't appear in inventories
and here is one:
There have never been any written rules on which assemblies should or should
not be included in inventories (or in the catalog itself for that matter). I
can't speak for the catalog, but for inventories I'd like to change that.
you can see that I added a new section under the Additional Information About
Counterparts section titled Part Assemblies as Counterparts. That
section is my idea of how things should work. That rule is not set in stone
at this moment, though, and may change. The topic is still under discussion
and no inventories are being changed right now in regards to that rule (which
is why your request is on hold).
If the rule were to stay in place, then it could mean the removal of certain
counterparts from set entries (although they would likely still remain as catalog
entries so that people could use them to buy and sell). This is an example of
a counterpart which would be ineligible for inclusion in inventories under the
new definition:
