Comments from Submitter:
These changes come from my personal set which (I'm sure) was never mixed up with other sets. The left/right doors appeared often "randomly" put in sets in different production runs. The flagpole for this (european) set was definitely the white one with sticker sheets. The three "Legoland" 1x4 bricks were to be put on the back of the trailers of each vehicle.

I am having some serious doubts about these change requests. Especially the stickers
sheets with flags. The instruction doesn't show it either.

Hi,
I can imagine your doubt, but I am 100% sure about this. This was the first set
I ever got (and the one I am looking at is the very same set). That particular
set did not show the flag as shown in the instructions or box.
This was the era that Lego changed from "open O" to "closed O". The "old" flag
shows the open O, and the time my set was bought, the official Logo (also on
the instructions) was the closed O. So I suppose at one time they ran out of
"open-O" flags and replaced it with this one (including two sticker sheets).
These sticker sheets were also in my old Lego collection and are offered in my
BL shop since a while.
Regards Peter.

NB
Same goes for other changes I am currently proposing, moslty about different
granulated trees than pictured in instructions, left/right front door changes
and white/milky white antennas.
