Almost complete set in good - very good condition. Only missing the pretzel sticker, hence listed as incomplete, all other stickers and parts are included and in good condition. No box, but does include instructions. See extended description.

Catalog Entry | Add to My Wanted List | | Extended Description | | There is only a little play-wear on the bricks (mostly from being stored disassembled). The pages of the instructions are in relatively good condition for its age, but the cover/back cover have come loose from the binding, only being slightly attached at one staple. The front cover and some of the pages inside have signs of dog-earing at some point, but they have been stored flat for so long that the creases are not very visible. One or two of the pages have light pencil marks, but no more than 1-2 streaks on a page. All pages are included.
The cake sticker is included, but is not attached to any bricks anymore. It still is a little sticky on the backside, but not as much as a new sticker would be. The clear backing of the stickers is slightly dirty as well (still clear though). It is being stored on some waxed/glossy paper that you might find other stickers on.
