I built this set as per the instructions and found that on page 19 where it says use 4 bands to load the frame only two were required as four completely overloaded it. I have included the two original bands and two replacement neoprene bands, the new bands are a better fit and only two will be needed.. I got the set together but I will say it’s not an easy set at all. All parts included but no spares bar some extra bands. Set is marked as incomplete due to the band issue.
