Parts are complete and in good condition but with the following notes:
- 2 Black 2 x 2 Turntable bases substituted for Light Grey ones. Very little impact as they are underneath the dining chairs.
- one 2 x 2 inside corner roof tile piece has a missing part out of it's back. No impact once the model is built as it's hidden.
- some of the Gold and Flat Silver parts are slightly different shades.
- the Instructions are very creased and worn, but still holding together and perfectly serviceable.
