Includes all bricks, all extras and most stickers (all stickers shown on counterparts in BrickLink inventory, so German/green stickers and stickers spanning multiple bricks are not included). Tree of the stickers are slightly loosened in corners or on one edge. Bricks are mixed between being in good condition and having playwear. Mouth print on one minifig head is worn. 1 stud on the baseplate has been squeezed a bit (not visible when model is built). Instructions have light wear, but instruction #1 has two 5-8 cm tears along fold lines, "book" 8 (overview sheet) has a 5 cm tear in the fold line. NOTE: At the time of writing, parts 4460 and 44301 were of undetermined type in the inventory. Included in this set are the variants 4460a (open stud) and 44301a (with bottom grove).
